Facilities are discovered by searching over and over and over again in Google Maps using slightly different locations. Searching once while zoomed out doesn't show everything, which is annoying. All discovered facilities are included on the website even if it's unclear if they offer LASIK.
Reviews are from Google Maps because that seems to be where most reviews are posted. Both positive and incident reviews are collected and put on provider-specific pages accessbile via the "Reviews & More" buttons.
